Entomology of Ignorant:
The root word “Ignore” comes from Latin meaning to “Refuse to take notice of or acknowledge; disregard intentionally.”
Being ignorant, or called it, is not an insult, this is simply pointing out the lack of knowledge. Often used to imply that a person needs to become better educated about the subject or “keep their mouth shut” when discussing topics they don’t truly understand.
